About Little Foodie Breastfeeding
About Me
Hi I’m Debbie! I’m an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) serving the GTA and beyond! I have more than 25 years of experience working in healthcare helping and advocating for families of all shapes and sizes.

Breastfeeding Support
Prenatal Preparation - $125
60 Minutes.
In home or virtually.
Before birth we will discuss breastfeeding basics such as colostrum collection, latching, positioning, hunger cues, how to tell if baby is getting enough, pumping, milk storage and more! Ideal for anyone expecting for the first time or anyone who had previous challenges with breastfeeding.
In Home Lactation Consultation - $180
60-90 minutes.
I will visit you in your home after baby arrives. We will discuss your birth experience and your goals for breastfeeding. I will observe a feeding and assist you with optimal latching and positioning your newborn. We will discuss your concerns such as how to know if baby is getting enough milk, nipple/breast pain, engorgement, pumping, flange sizing and weight gain or supplementation.
Virtual Lactation Consultation $120
Up to 60 minutes.
We will discuss your birth experience and your goals for breastfeeding. We will discuss any current concerns you have such as latching, breast pain, engorgement, pumping and increasing your milk supply including how to know if baby is drinking enough. I will offer guidance, education and support catered to your specific concerns.
Follow Up Visits
In Home - $150 - 60 Minutes
Virtual - $100 - 45-60 Minutes
Building on our first visit we will review your plan and assess progress and areas of concern. We will address any new issues or challenges.

- Grandparent/Caregiver Modern Baby Care and Breastfeeding Education -Virtual- 60 minutes $100

Additional Fees and Cancellation Policy
- Payment in full by e-transfer to littefoodiebreastfeeding@gmail.com is required in order to confirm your appointment. A confirmation via text/email will be sent to you.
- I provide home visits within the Central/East Toronto radius. Home visits are available outside this radius but will occur an additional charge of $2.00 per km.
- Parking fees are not included and will be invoiced to you.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a minimum one hour virtual charge of $120.
